SOme people have shitty hearts to begin with(see zyzz), some people do too much, some people have strong adverse reactions to just a little bit. I mean seriously the guy is getting older not to mention all the other shit he is pumping into his body.. plus his constant lifting. My mom told me some young guy(like early 20's) came into the hospital one night having convulsions and shit. Fit as a fiddle, stayed active, ate healthy, no drugs found in his system. His heart pretty much just exploded because he was born with shitty heart genetics. Fuck some kid on my little sister's soccer team collapsed on the field and died from a heart defect years ago.
