>cutting is harder than bulking
How, sway?
>cutting is harder than bulking
How, sway?
Bulking is infinitely harded than cutting
all you have to do is NOT eat for chrissakes
BREATHE, DARN YOU
this
sometimes i dont have stomack to take my shake or my dinner but i have to do it
what the fuck.. i am not even fat, but cutting is indefinitely harder than bulking. How is this even a question.
The key lies to have a variety for your taste buds. Instead of just devouring chicken try tuna, pineapples and cottage cheese.
>le "not eat" meme
what if i'm hungry, faggot
stop breathing. All you have to do is NOT breathe. Not doing something is easier than doing it
>comparing an involuntary function to something you have concious control over
Kill yourself teenager
>tfw bulking is impossible for me
>I only naturally eat about 500 calories a day before I'm full
If you are "bulking" and "cutting" you objectively do not understand human nutrition. Even as it relates to facilitating muscle growth
Prove me wrong
>I only naturally eat about 500 calories a day before I'm full
goddamn i wish i was you. just go ottermode, breh
But I wanna be BIG
why don't you dirty bulk and eat greasy fast food all day? im sure it wont be as filling as whatever you're eating now
This is bullshit. No fully grown adult can get away with 500 kcal a day.
It's not hard if you're under 30
It's true
I bulked HARD last year and got to 190lbs
Then I stopped bulking to focus on runnings and went down to 130lbs in six months
>kcal
can we stop using this term please?
bulking reminds me of chemo
i'm literally gagging every meal
if bulking is hard physically. How come boogie can do it without even using his legs? checkmate skellys!
What's wrong with it? "Calories" on the back of a food box is actually "kilocalories" so kcal is more accurate
>SPENDING ENERGY PUTTING FOOD IN YOUR MOUTH IS HARDER THAN NOT SPENDING ANY ENERGY AT ALL
WOW IT'S ALMOST LIKE ENERGY ISN'T REAL OR SOMETHING
It's too complicated for burgers, user. They cannot deal with SI unit prefixes.
some fags use it in thousands and it gets confusing as fuck. ie: 1 kcal = 1000 cal
Cutting while maintaining respectable macros long-term is tough unless you cut back on your outings, whereas you can generally fit in whole orders of variety more on a bulk since you have so many calories to work with.
How tall are you?
>Can easily go 4 days without food on a whim
>Can comfortably live off 2 kids meals a day
>Can already do 100 pushups, 30 pull ups and a half marathon
Im scared if I start bulking I might loose my special abilities.
