I spoon is like 8 grams of fat. And is really hard to stop at a spoon.
I just had like 4 table spoons. Trying to remain fit in size 32 and Medium.

I have been avoiding fat as sugar and sodium. But currently trying to bulk up, but clean.
I am poor on a tight budget, that's why I use peanut butter for bulking. I can't afford 5 chicken breasts a day.
Dude, powdered peanut butter. It's pure peanuts they press all the fat out of, so it's mostly protein left.
You just add a little water and it's exactly like the jar stuff, but tastes like actual peanuts.
