I'm actually really enjoying my routine of 90% cutting + 5% lifting + 5% cardio though. Never cared about how I looked until I checked out this place so it's sort of a fun new thing for me. Everytime I refuse something to eat a fuckton of pride swells up within me.

Hopefully I don't lose this cutter's high anytime soon. Is it only a matter of time or can I keep it up? Because this shit is 100% willpower, it has nothing to do with inherent physical activity.

Does anyone have experience with the BBB 5/3/1 routine? I just switched to it from a PPL routine. I want to make more strength gains but I'm afraid ill lose muscle mass. Any thoughts?

I just stopped lifting for a year and have been eating around 1500 calories or so so I have wasted away. I did PPL and 5/3/1 when I was lifting.

Been lifting for 5 years, but started giving a shit about diet only recently. Started bulking a month ago. I have stayed in ottermode for a few years now. Hit 120kg bench a month ago, but have been travelling a lot because of vacation, so no PRs recently

As I said, been lifting for 5 years. I have a deformed thorax, making my ribcage kind of inclined, so pecs don't look that big. That's the main reason I started lifting - to hide it

I've had problems with elbow and wrist joints recently so I'm trying to go easy on the PRs. I stayed at 100 not trying to go further for like 6 months, maybe that's why it's easier for me to rep 100

I have not cared about diet since I started. Tbh bench is what I can mostly be proud of, my squat PR is also 120, DL at 160 and OHP at 75.

Just staying at the same weight and doing lifting as a hobby after work will still improve your lifts to an extent, only a lot slower
