One week ago could only bench press 145 for one rep

>One week ago could only bench press 145 for one rep

>a few days ago bench pressed 145 for 5 reps

All while cutting hard. Good feel

After a week? On a deficit? Probably had more to do with your form than any changes in muscle

potentially. more likely that rest and fatigue was involved more than form.

I like

Okay Anthony lol

Uhhhhh

how the fuck do you make gains on a cut? like how is this physically possible?

You use fat as energy. Literally everyone makes gains on a cut. Even elite athletes make very small gains while cutting.

>Literally everyone makes gains on a cut

You don't know what you're talking about

Dont know but im gaining strength and losing weight too, i aint even mad

Okay fatso

Fat people would be better at making gains on a cut according to your retardo logic ya ding dong

Also congrats on your noob gains man

jokes on you i don't even work out

this

>145 bench
>impressive at any rep range

You can gain very small amounts of muscle on a cut if your diet is perfect, you aren't cutting fast, and you aren't an advanced lifter.

145x1 to 145x5 in a couple days is probably form though.

>Cutting
>7 months
>300 to 325lbs
>OHP 65lbs x 8reps to 140x5
>Bench 95x8 to 225x4
>Squat 95x10 to 245x5
>Diddlies 135x8 to 365x3

My squat blows. I'm front squatting every day now to get further.

What would you consider impressive?

300 to 325?

Fuck I mean 300 to 235!

>user is happy about making progress
>"LOL FAG WEAKLING DYEL"

This is why everyone hates powerlifters

>One week ago could only bench press 195 for one rep

>a few days ago I could only bench pressed 150 for 1 rep

MAKE IT STOP
