Squatting really heavy during puberty and probably not having 100% perfect form for all reps, some rounding of back. I didn't injure it in the gym, but as I was picking up a volleyball during school. Back is still a bit fucked, but it's recovering slowly. I do high volume lighter squats these days with perfect form.
