Well Veeky Forums, today is the start of something bigger for me.
>Be me
>Be 15
>Be 6'2" and weigh 300lb.
>Live in a trailer in rural North Florida, where it's too hot and humid all the time
>Be too poor to afford any healthy food
>Be too poor to afford any equipment
>Basically be really fuckin' poor, ok?
>I can barely afford school clothes
>Decide I want to lose weight
>Too poor for any gym
>wellshit.jpg
>Even if I wasn't, gas is too expensive
>Decide "FUCK IT, EVERYTHING ELSE MY FAMILY DOES IS NIGGER-RIGGED"
>Ohshit.jpg , my redneck senses are tingling
>Draw up a mediocre weekly workout plan, consisting of cardio and muscle-training on alternating days, with Saturday as a rest day
>Walk/run 2 1/2 miles without rest, up and down a dirt road
It's a start, Veeky Forums. It's gonna be hard to fit it in with my extracurricular activities and family problems, but I'm not gonna be the fat kid anymore.

>be me 15
Btfo

>Btfo
There's a lot of possible meaning to that acronym, and it's possible you just misspelled "GTFO", in either case, you're a dipshit

Down here on the redneck riviera. Or Emerald Coast, or whatever you wanna fuckin' call it.

Working out isn't what you need to do
What you need to do is eat less and drink a shit load more water.
Also assuming that you have access to a grocery store, you're really not going to be able to beat cheap meat, rice, and frozen vegetables on a $ per calorie scale while still getting good macro/micro nutrients. Eating healthy ish (meaning no processed foods) is far cheaper than buying preprocessed food/fast food.

Trust me. I'm good on hydration. I actually might be over-hydrating. Is 8 or more liters a day too much?

And no. No grocery stores out here. Most we have is a Dollar General.

So did you accedentially type 15 or have you not read the rules

Yeah, no. I'm on mobile, and I can't find any rules.

>Is 8 or more liters a day too much
Yes.
