Both push and pull include leg muscles. Some stupid, unknowledgeable, faggy redditor came up with leaving them out of push/pull and adding a third day just for legs. It increases the volume but as a natty normal push/pull is more than enough the first 2 years. Noobs dont know this, or they do but ignore the advice, and hinder their progress because of to high volume.

How is Push/pull/cardio/push/pull/cardio/rest ? To much?

How about a 20 min cardio run every morning on work out days just to wake up?
