I'm fucking addicted to the gym. I go every day, sometimes more than once a day just because I need something to do. I can't fucking take a rest day because I get restless and antsy. I've had so much stalling and shit like tendinitis from not resting. But every day I tell myself I'm not going to the gym I end up saying fuck it and going. Getting gains is my gains goblin.
