Tell me the secret shortcut method to getting strong quickly and using the 45lb weights like a normal person from only being able to lift the bar.

I don't care what it takes
Except that it can't be painful

There are no shortcuts. Fuck off. You don't deserve the things you want.

There is no 'secret shortcut method'.
It takes WORK and CONSISTENT EFFORT for many months, along with changes in your diet and getting enough sleep.

If that's a dealbreaker for you then you may as well leave Veeky Forums and go be Veeky Forums or whatever. Training yourself physically is going to involve discomfort and soreness and that's all there is to it, there's no way around that reality. So it's your choice: be better than you are, or be skinnyfat and weak and sickly.

Starting Strength.

Eat a shit ton of food

the soreness and pain is only for the first couple weeks.

A: 5x5, 3 times a week, 10% calorie surplus, and increase weights by 5% every week until you can no more.
B: 5/3/1 and increase calorie intake by 10% each week until you break the plateau.

Do ABAB(...) until you become strong.

the secret, user, is that you're already strong enough. the only reason we do routines, adding five pounds at a time, is to psych ourselves up to lifting heavier weights. thing is if you're brave enough you can actually just lift any amount you want to. good luck

The shortest route you can take is giving it your all.

Also is she the same girl as the one in the bottom right of pic related?

EAT. A human male simply cannot gain strength eating less than 5000 calories a day.

Oh yeah that reminds me, I have to eat a surplus every day even on non workout days?

Stick to a good routine and eat a caloric aurplus. Even without eating surplus you'll make strength and size gains.

...

Lift shit and Keep lifting shit?

It's not as hard as it looks, but honestly if you don't enjoy it and want it fast you'll probably wont make it.

wtf, I didn't realize that she's actually attractive behind all the makeup

> I need an easy fix and I won't work hard
Fuck off you lazy cuck

Starting Strength is literally the best way for a weak as shit beginner to get strong

It would be extremely painful...

>Except that it can't be painful
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
faggot.

for u

There is no shortcut, m8. Only consistent work and dedication. There will be soreness and discomfort(but not sharp pain, thats a sign of injury, you dont wanna get injured)

Ok, here is how you do it. You start lifting the bar up until you get good enough at lifting an empty bar that you can lift a bar with some plates on. Proceed to lift bar until you can use heavier plates. Rince and repeat.

Nutrition
Boil the weights in salty water for 30 minutes and then drink the water you used for boiling during your workout. You'll become shredded in no time.

Electro-stimulation
Science has proven the muscle growth can be increased by electro stimulation. Grab one (barbell workout) or two power cords (dumbbell workout). Remove the plastic around the electric wires. Roll the naked electric wires around your barbell or dumbbells. Plug in the power cords and start working out.

Saved

Idiot. Fuck off. I promise you are NEVER GOING TO MAKE IT. You will always be an AUTIST and a LOSER. You will always be "THAT GUY". You will never be CHAD like ME

I fail to see how the pain I have from my herniated spinal discs is supposed to become a strength.
