I just want to actually study or at least do something productive, reading or something. Usually I just waste most of the day on the internet.

Nearing the end of the week I'm very tired brehs

wake up in stupor at around midday
sit about for 2 hours having a couple coffees and a load of cigarettes and maybe a beer or two
Make lunch, usually something simple like a pasta dish or salad or a sandwich
work as dominos delivery driver from like 3 to 12ish and have a shitty one of their pizzas for dinner every other day or nothing at all
go home
have a couple beers, watch a few movies or a bit of tv and fall asleep

yeah I only exercise on the weekends because my life is pretty soul crushing right now

I worked and saved up $5,000 to travel so for me it's

> attend German language course at 8:30
> finish at 12:30, go back to my room and eat chicken, rice, yam, and protein shake
> go to gym and continue program around 2pm (3 days a week)
> get back around 6pm, eat, do homework
> See gf, eat more, more protein

> go to sleep

Don't really like gf's friends besides het roommates who are all cool. Usually take it easy on weekends. Still smoking too many ciggs but at least I've managed to cut out drinking. Still not sure what the key to happiness is but taking lifting seriously gives a healthy structure to the day and tends to reinforce good habits.
