Actual strength

Alright putting all memes aside how strong are you really? Too much time on this damn board has left me thinking that I'm a weak piece of shit even though I lift more than most normies. So tell me Veeky Forums are you actually strong or just a shit poster.

Natty? If so how long have you trained?

press 1.5 plate strict, bench 3 plate, squat 4 diddly 5

I see. Tangent question, how far was an average run for the marines?

Deadlift 295x3
I've been "working out" for a long time but just started actually training properly, I feel like I'll never have impressive numbers because of my size. I don't know what's considered good for someone in my weight class

Just keep grinding bud, Veeky Forums has crazy high standards compared to normies but if you actually achieve them you're probably the strongest in the local commercial gym.
Everyone starts at the bottom.

I don't know is it? I'm alternating between them every workout doing 5x5

Fred Hatfield was 5'6 and diddly'd 1000 lbs, you may never achieve that but you can put up some retarded numbers anyway

Not that user but at my gym it's the other way around. It's a regular commercial gym but pretty much everyone there are men 17-25 and 1/2/3/4+ is performed every day with some guys doing far above that.
I feel like a weak cunt every time I go to the gym which helps me grow.

Orangutan fitizen reporting in.

wubba lubba

at least your honest bro, eat mass gainer or plain protein if you're skinnyfat

can't believe all these people who ignore lifts entirely, you're seriously handicapping yourselves. Is it because you "don't like it" or because you are scared or hurting yourself? Obviously it's not the fact that you're lazy.

I warn people about buying those shitty tiny barbells. You're better off doing accessory lifts with it bro. One handed shit like bent rows, curls, skullcrushers, good mornings, and other isolation exercises. Doing compound exercises you're gonna stay weak as fuck

6'1, 180lbs

It's because I hurt my lower back and caused sciatica. I was max deadlifting everyday like a dumbass. (got up to 285 in 3 weeks from never lifting before tho) I do rack pulls instead right now.
