Have you noticed any change in your body fat? I've just started day 2 of my water fast.

Water fasts are a meme. You won't be able to hardly lift so you'll be burning mainly at bmr. You might lose a couple pounds outside of the glycogen weight loss, but you'll just replenish glycogen stores when you eat again.
So let's say your bmr is 1900, 5 days is 2.7lb fat, provided you're only burning fat.
With dnp you can lose 3 lb a week and still lift normally on a micro dose of 200mg. You won't feel like shit while doing it either.
