It really depends, crossfit can be fucking anything. It could be "do 4x10 with 70% of your max front squat" or it could be "do as many snatches as you can in 8 minutes". The latter, is very good GPP if you like to lift barbells. Either way, going into a crossfit session thinking "I'm gonna lift some heavy ass weight" isn't a good idea because the workouts are structured to not give you much of an opportunity to put heavy weight on the bar. Maybe you'll get lucky and they'll do one of those back snapping deadlift pyramids and you can impress everyone as you effortlessly lift every weight from 135 to 315 like a warmup.

You need to increase your core stability user. Take a massive breath in before you squat down. Hold it until you are at least half way up. You want to make yourself as large as physically possible, and try to stay more upright.

3x int med load or even high load, just throw it on TM in place of pressing and ignore OHP, a strength block isn't the time to build shoulders. Also, if your squat is a strong point and your deadlift is a weak point, this isn't for you, try c6w instead.

Isn't c6w too high volume for a strength block? Also come to think of it, Texas is always recommended with caloric surplus
