Of course vegetarians and vegans would live longer and have less heart disease than the vaerage meat-eater, because the average person doesn't give two fucks about their health.

Low dose sex hormone supplementation, by comparison, is 20 milligrams a day, one million times higher, and even that is ignoring estrogen's poor oral bioavilability.
