Sick facial gains, bro. I'm so shitty at cutting. I'm 6'0" cut from 195 to 180 in 2 months, then gained it all back on a 3.5 week vacation. I didn't lift ate tons of food and drank beer every day. I want the facial gains more than the six pack.

To answer you specifically or anything with cutting...I just walked/jogged a lot, drank a fuck ton of water, and replaced breakfast and lunch with a granola bar/belvita bar plus a banana, preferably one you like (chocolate/banana/peanut butter) and have dinner be a big meal of meat rice veggies and just be consistent with it, give yourself a cheat day but limit it to one meal if you wanna be really strict, and make yourself feel like shit for it after...and yeah! That's how I cut, I also lifted from like march to may on and off just high reps low weight and ran a bit too all in my last few months of school...cut out iced tea, any bread, ice cream, sugars, and the pounds just fall off. It's just staying committed. Am missing the long hair tho :( also take multivitamins so you don't start to bald like I did from my high school crash diet, or maybe it's just my genes HMMMMM THANKS DAD

Impressive man, great cut. Any tips or tricks? I started a cut from 2600 calories to 1800 calories and I ended up gaining 6 pounds of straight muscle, but I want to get my fat down too.

I just ate a medium calorie deficit & sparred/ hit the bag hard as fuck for an hour three times a week. Also hiit training is painful but works to strip fat and gain muscle.
