What's the bare minimum total I need to be considered a powerlifter

Somewhat unrelated, while trying to accumulate more deadlift volume, should I do more sets at a weight I can do for 5, or should I drop the weight and do more sets at a higher rep range? (10 for example)

Example being, would I benefit more from 3x5 or 1x5, 2x10, (all sets RPE9 in a perfect world)

You should be eating regular foods as well my dude. Two decent pieces of meat and actually counting the macros you'd get some from carbs as well and wind up near 180-200g which is about as high as you'd ever have to go unless you're a very large guy

I remember a medical journal that people were passing around saying it's 1g per lb of lean body mass not weight, so a person who is 20% bf needs less than a dude who's ripped at the same weight.

Rep range is largely irrelevant as long as the sets are the same difficulty, although high rep ranges will improve your cardiovascular ability to not get winded like a little bitch after 2-3 reps. Number of sets is way more important when it comes to volume.

Im super fine on protein. I get between 150-200g a day. I was just curious since it feels like the matter of protein is never brought up again after lifters leave the novice phase.
