This dude is great at explaining the science behind an exercise but holy shit is he terrible st demonstrating the actual exercise. Most of the time I have to watch the YouTube video, try it and then watch it again just to grasp the idea.
it is this reason why I haven't spent the shekels on one of his programs. If the exercise explanation is not better than his YouTube shorts then it's not worth it
i really like his videos, but instead of the basics he uses all of this variations on movements, that aren't really my thing, also
