Don't do meme reps, do lower reps focus on strength on the compounds. You can do high reps on isolation work.

So should I focus on incline bench and try lower reps? Like 5-8 reps with more weight? I can do 30kg but only up to 5 reps
I forgot to add that I do dumbell presses too, 15 reps* 4 sets, every dumbell weights 17kg

Train more like a powerlifter and less like a bodybuilder. Get your strength up. Throw in some power/heavy sets in your routine that have 3/5 reps. Focus on increasing weight on the bar. Bench at least twice a week. More is better though your upper body recovers faster than lower, so you can do more volume in a week of upperbody stuff.
Once you get your lifts above atleast a 100kg than you can focus on your bullshit bodybuilding.

If you were seriously lifting for 1 year you're doing something fundamentally wrong. It has to be something major like accidentally taking a shot of estrogen every saturday, or eating at a 1000kcal daily deficit. 70kg bench can easily be reached within 4 months, and you don't even look like you can bench that.

12 reps are more in the endurance range, yes. But still you're weak as fuck for 1 year of lifting no matter the routine. Eat more and pick a proper workout routine.
