What's your record for oats in one sitting? Is 200g a day too much?
What's your record for oats in one sitting? Is 200g a day too much?
>oats
>not eating oats by the pound
never gonna fucking make it.
you will become an oat one day
I fucking hate oats, they're so gross, am I gonna make it still?
Wow. I would love to eat more. I usually only eat 30 gr a day. It has too much calories.
Wut?
Cook them with milk
The only bodybuilding advice that's ever stuck with me is
>If you don't like oats, you aren't cooking them right
And it's completely correct
I do 120 g in my shake and I think that's a lot
Why do you guys like oats so much?
They dont even have a lot of protein or nutrients or anything.
What are good sources of fat to go with oats? I have no problem with protein/carbs. Thinking maybe peanut butter?
oats are goat carb source
My breakfast includes 200-250g oats usually. My one-meal max (OMM) is 380g
you could try a little coconut oil
>oats are goat carb source
also lots of fiber
Record is 250g I think
I usually do 140 - 200g
500g in da morning
eat em raw if possible btw
>They dont even have a lot of protein or nutrients or anything.
This is objectively wrong, look it up. Bretty gud source of iron and zinc among other things. Protein is like 17g/100g, one of the highest among grains
>They dont even have a lot of protein or nutrients or anything.
My oats has 2/3rds the amount of protein in 100g that 100g of meat has.
It also contains good amounts of phosphorous, magnesium, fiber, B1, zinc and folic acid.
oats have a complete amino profile set, if you eat 200 grams you'll have the minimum user
200g but i feel fuckin ill and bloated after
5.5 cups in one sitting is my record but i eat 3 everyday.
I usually eat about 120-150 g with 250 mL of milk. I think 200g is fine, especially if you're a pleb and make them with water.
I find oats with milk delicious, oats with water repulsive.
I usually eat like 2 cups dry oats with 4 cups water, 2 packages of 0% greek yogurt, 1 banana, sliced into many little peices, 1/2 pint of blueberries, and 2 cups of any cereal to add crunch ( this can also be replaced with nuts ), and some more water or milk to top it off
