Sautee 1 diced onion in olive oil.
scramble 5 eggs and add salt and pepper
pour over onions
ask forgiveness from the Lord for the gains you are about to recieve.

you dont need to get them fully brown though, a few mins is fine

Put them in a pan with oil at medium heat you fucking semantic autist.


A pinch of salt makes them brown faster according to ancestral broscience of my peoples

Anyone else make shakes with raw eggs? Wash the outside of the eggs before you crack them...

Way better tasting than any whey bullshit shake I've ever had, plus it's eggs so complete protons and yummy cholesterol for your test levels.

Boil eggs. Then put pic related on top of it and chew away.

Break eggs in a bowl, mix them and add the ingredients minus the onion. Turn on the heat on the pan with a little bit of olive oil, brown the onion. Once done, add to the mix. Pour the mixture on the heated pan. Cook on slow heat. Once it's rigid enough to flip, flip the omelette.
Add salt to your liking.

In 30 or so minutes you should have a delicious omelette with plenty of proteins of various sources.

The best thing about omelettes is that you can literally add anything you want and they'll taste great.

Pour into glass with one large ice cube
Garnish with freshly ground nutmeg and cinammon

smoked salmon is nasty
my opinion though. I prefer to defrost frozen salmon and then deep fry it. Then I make a ginger sauce with some veggies. It is so dank with rice.

Usually I just eat them hard-boiled, but when I have the time I do that gordon ramsay recipe that's up on youtube.
Look it up, it's easy af and you get perfect creamy scrambled eggs every time.
