Your form isn't so terrible. You raise your hips a little too quickly which adds strain to your lower back. This is evidenced by how your thighs stop moving mid-rep while your lower back catches up to them.

Yeah hips go up too soon. I have the same fucking problem and it's annoying as hell I've tried all kinds of fucking lifting cues yet I keep doing it. The struggle is real. Right now I'm trying to build my legs up with other exercises, hopefully more leg strength will help.

Ignore the people saying your form is super terrible. It's not, you're pretty close. You're bringing your hips forward towards the lockout too soon. Your lockout isn't that great either. Lower the weight and work on it for a bit and you'll have it. Also stop fucking working out in a dragonball shirt you look autistic.

3) Fall back at the starting position so that you lift with your legs
