Now I've spoken to every single person who goes in the mornings, and now that I'm on talking basis with the morning crowd I feel way too much pressure to be a normie, it's way too much effort, it's so much easier just being the silent autist that never speaks to anyone.


Decided to switch my lifting times up from AM to PM now, but I'll be going at around 8:45PM to avoid the 5-7PM crowd.

I've done it over the last few years. It's painful to go into the gym in the mornings now, it's takes me more energy to put up the fraud normie face/personality than it does to actually lift the weights.

It's okay though, I've been to the gym around 9PM and it's usually dead, so it should be a nice new time to lift at.

Same, now after years of lifting, the only pressing movements I do for chest are at an Incline (45 degrees, or 30 degrees).

"Cut" for 3 months on a 500 kcal deficit, using MFP (even paid for it to track my macros) and didn't lose a single pound.

Overhead Extensions are the GOAT for tris and Incline Curls are fucking godlike for biceps. rotate between heavy (8-10 reps) and lighter (15-20 reps) days and your arms will grow like a motherfucker.

the point is that it is very hard to eat 2000+ kcal in one sitting so if you only eat once a day it is basically impossible you are not in a kcal deficite. unless you are the fucking cookie monster and can stuff 3k+ kcal down your throat in a few hours. then it wont do anything.

pectoralis major is the "top" pectoral muscle
pectoralis minor is the "underneath" pectoral muscle

the pectoralis major has 2 portions which people confuse with being upper/lower chest but the fact is they're both part of the same muscle, it's not possible to isolate one portion - incline bench is just as effective as flat or decline
