I work the muscle that isn't sore that day

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Is this a good hypertrophy routine for back?
I wanna get thicc for my bulk but I don't know what program to do so I'm bullshitting my back day.

Who even cares when all you do is fucking wake up to study, lift, go to work, study, sleep. That's 4am to 10pm every fucking day.

I just don't have the balls to kill myself yet. When I get home from work I cry.. then I hit the bong to get away from my emotional issues long enough to study before I pass out.

700 lifting, 5 times per week
830 work until 630pm, got 2 hours break at 1230
7pm second work until 11pm
Pretty hard to follow and i basically have no free time until the weekend, also is killing my social life and driving me depressed but at least i have a nice paycheck at the end of the month

Pretty good but needs 3x5 Windmill Lifts in there or you're not gonna make it.

Tues,Thurs: Wake up at 5:30,work at 7-3:30 again, go home, rest and eat boxing at 5:30-8, go home immediately shovel in food and shower and sleep.
Sat: Boxing at 11:30am, do whatever with my day, run around 8pm. 3.8km to a school, 10 sets of sprints, run 3.8km uphill(as much as I can)
Sun: same run as Saturday, whenever

here's my ideal schedule
average weekday when I don't have uni classes:
>11:00 wake up, stretching routine, meditation, breakfast
>12:00 study for uni
>15:00 eat lunch, chill
>17:00 study for uni
>20:00 workout, eat dinner
>22:00 study for 3rd language
>23:00 reading or buffer time (to catch up if I missed any of the above)
>01:00 chill for a couple of hours or go to sleep if uni next day
If I have classes it's the same, I just wake up 3 hours earlier and attend them, then go about my day
also weekends are my rest days, meaning that I don't workout, I do some gardening (hobby), I drink some alcohol or smoke a joint and either socialize or play some vidya at night
