As someone who works full time and is taking on nearly a full load this semester I literally am not home long enough to cook every day. Even if I wasnt trying to get swole meal prep would still be the only thing that lets me eat every day other than eating takeout every night or crap from a vending machine. I do it twice a week and yeah by day four the rice is slightly dry. Luckily im not a little faggot bitch and eating slightly dry rice isnt a problem.

To a degree, when I buy all my vegetables in I'll spend about half an hour the day I buy them chopping them all and put them in dishes in the fridge. Makes meal prep through the weak much faster since I can just grab precut veg out the fridge and put them straight in the pan or w/e

This week I've worked 15-16 hours monday-thursday. When I get home at 11 PM, Im not going to cook food for the whole week. I need to get to sleep so I can get at least 7 hours of sleep.

I question the "xenoestrogen threat" when it comes to BPA free products, desu. PP is a common material used and I have so far not seen compelling evidence that puts it into that ballpark.
Anyway, I like mealprepping because it helps me partition out my calories.

My wife does the cooking. The only time I come home and there isn't a hot meal is when she is out with our kids, and there's always something I can throw in the oven and eat within half an hour.

I work full time and do meal prep. I don't do it all on Sunday night, who wants to eat Sunday leftovers past Wednesday? I cook enough each night to portion out for lunch at work the next couple days or to not have to cook the next day
