I've seen mono in both tablet and powder form. What would you suggest?

Depends on how much you want to take. I used powder and took 5mgs before and 5mgs after workout. Used it for 5 months. Gained strength and size. Didnt lose the muscle gains after getting off it. Lost some size due to water though.
To answer your question, powder is more common so i suggest that you go with that if you had to pick.

I hear it's the closest thing to legal steroids without the drawbacks. While it can be found in fish, the powder is probably your best bet since thats the most readily available form depending on where you live. Start with 5mg a day and then bump to 10mg after a month.

I would be careful with creatine. Creatine is a bodybuilding gateway drug. I started out on creatine 3 years ago. After creatine abuse I moved onto ephedrine and yohimbine.

When I had enough with those, I thought about taking steroids. I ordered my first cycle of Testosterone. From there I moved onto DNP and Trenbolone.

I mean, creating makes you retain water so you will look bloated if you take too much and dont work out enough. You will definitely look less cut but its only as long as you are on it.

As for the powder, It just takes time to dissolve - really nothing to be bothered about. Mixing it with protein is not a bad idea. I used to take it separately. The point is to get it inside your body thats all. Powder or pill isnt going to make a difference. you arent going to choke on it and die.

in order to get 5g of creatine from your diet, you'd need to eat over 2lbs of beef or 3lbs of chicken.

yeah but you don't NEED 5g, what I was saying is that you get enough to live and even some spare from a standard large diet.

If you google it you'll find that a lot of people have had pain from taking too much, I was drinking loads of fluids generally...

i'm not taking it at the moment because my body needs flushed out from all chemicals and drugs for a while.

Nigga, it's a hormone and it doesn't increase muscle size because it mostly binds to hair receptors. DHT does increase prostate size, though.

I got the now food unflavored. Creatine did help increase and improve my lifts. I do strength training and sometimes that 1percent counts whether u get the weight up or not.

Another underrated benefit is that it is used as a nootropic as well.

I've used both powder and tablets. The tablets are definitely better. They are easy to swallow and have a premix in them as well. The powder is like drinking sand most of the time.

What? I just take a sip of milk, put the scoop of creatine in my mouth, another big sip of milk, mix it around in my mouth and swallow. Then another sip of milk to get any remaining powder down. It doesn't even taste bad.
