What program has you waiting 5 minutes between sets? I went to the gym today and the program I'm doing calls for 3-4 minute rests, so I've been looking at the time on my phone when I'm done and just waiting 4 minutes after that time, so it's more than 3 minutes but less than four, and it feels like an entirety. I'm going to start going 3 minutes after the time on my phone so it's more than 2 minutes but less than 3.
