I go to the gym maybe once a month if that and mostly do calisthenics and I can do 1234 1rm easy. You're a weakling if you can't. I assume these godly built people are talking about for reps.

Since mostly bodybuilders and powerlifters use 1/2/3/4 as a strength measurement, I'd say 5rm or 1rm would be useful for 1/2/3/4. 10x10 has a very large endurance component...
