sorry, user. check your BMI to know for sure. plus, ratios like height to weight don't really matter too much. it's more about how you think you look in the mirror. you might have to lose until you go below the normal weight for a person your height before all the problem fat on your body goes away.

Thank you /fat/, I've lost 13 pounds in 5 weeks just by watching my calories and fasting. This week I've started jogging so I expect to see the weight loss pick up the pace. I was 236 on August 14, as of right now stepping out of the shower I'm 223. My goal was 200 by Christmas, and I'm really thinking I can exceed that now.
