Two options:
1. Use weights to approach 2xbw for regular chinups (1xbw per hand)
2. Do assisted one-armers using a machine/rubber bands
I'd suggest you do both. The strain is much bigger when you're doing one-armed chinups though, so it would be safer for you to use both hands.
