I force myself to work out. After a few minutes I feel better

I drink or smoke.

Go for a run/go to the gym and burn some frustration off there.

How do I into stress eating?

I go for silent walks. if i think all my problems out during the day i'm sometimes fine for the night.
i also sort stuff or clean to have that bump of a small achievement.
gotta get read for the season of fatness
water weight to large part but some of it is a real success and actual weight lost.

could pretty plausibly just be sweat - you can sweat a liter in an hour of exercise, which is like 2 pounds
