assuming you're referring to exercises and not supplements: Standing/incline/lying triceps extensions (skullcrushers), triceps dips (weighted), triceps cable pushdowns

Faggot

Current research suggests that maximum gains in muscle
hypertrophy are achieved by training regimens that produce
significant metabolic stress while maintaining a moderate
degree of muscle tension. A hypertrophy-oriented program
should employ a repetition range of 6–12 reps per set with rest
intervals of 60–90 seconds between sets. Exercises should
be varied in a multiplanar, multiangled fashion to ensure
maximal stimulation of all muscle fibers. Multiple sets should
be employed in the context of a split training routine to
heighten the anabolic milieu. At least some of the sets should
be carried out to the point of concentric muscular failure,
perhaps alternating microcycles of sets to failure with those
not performed to failure to minimize the potential for
overtraining. Concentric repetitions should be performed at
fast to moderate speeds (1–3 seconds) while eccentric
repetitions should be performed at slightly slower speeds
(2–4 seconds). Training should be periodized so that the
hypertrophy phase culminates in a brief period of higher-
volume overreaching followed by a taper to allow for optimal
supercompensation of muscle tissue.

unironically kill yourself, friend

presses and tricep isolations. never found an exercise that has crazy results for less work. rippes lying tricep thingy is probably my favorie though

Dips are a great exercise. You'll notice that if you ever start lifting.

What’s with all the non-related click bait thumb nails lately? It’s worse than usual.

everything is worse than usual nowadays

shhhhh
soon there will be war and communists will die.

Yeah, I do the same. Really activates the triceps.

Pressing of any kind and overhead extensions.

For direct triceps work focus on overhead movements to go for the long head of the triceps since it's the biggest part of the triceps.

Man shut the fuck up jesus christ.

Progressively overload, do intensity and volume work, do it at least twice a week. Not that complicated.

Higher volume seems to work better for me, good pump after 12 reps then failing on the last, in five minutes i'm good to do another set, then drop it down a couple pounds on the last set.

Genetics are the determining factor when it comes to which rep range is going to be the most effective for training any given muscle group, and different rep ranges will effect the gains you get in different ways which is why you should generally speaking cycle through different ones to get the benefits of all of them.

Also:
You rest 5 minutes between sets? Why? Triceps are relatively small in comparison to say your chest or lats, it shouldn't take that long to recover.

... That was really strangely formatted for some reason... I wonder why!
