The liberal decadence of Entente, which is the direct cause of current western degeneracy and decay, would have been replaced by strong conservative values of German and Austrian monarchies. 7. The disastrous immigration from 3rd world countries to Europe would never have been allowed. 8. Extremist and radical political movements like bolsheviks and nazis would have been contained. 9. The Holocaust would never have happened. 10. The world's Lingua Franca would be German today instead of silly English, yay!
