the section in Pripyat in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl is probably pretty close to Chechnya - massive urban combat with AKs and RPGs and snipers and the odd vehicle iirc
Here's some Chechens with the AGS-17 automatic grenade launcher, which was used on both sides.
