Anyone here studying a non-meme degree while lifting 4+ times a week, eating reasonably healthy, hitting macros, calories, etc?

How the fuck do you do it?

by not being a little bitch? What even is your question? What are you struggling with?

Time and energy management. Not struggling per se, I actually enjoy everything about it, but it can be so tiresome at times. I feel like I need 8 hours of sleep, at least, or else I don't function optimally in both uni and gym.

What's a non meme degree user?

I think so... but I also work full time

I lift 4 times a week max. This week 3 times because my studies came first. Just keep grinding like the rest of us. Lifting 5/6 times a week is unreasonable if being fit is not part of your profession

i want to insert my penis in her vagina

Nice booger

I lift 6 days a week, am a full time student, and work 40+ hours a week. You have a lot more time than you think when you stop dicking around.

Doing 5 courses this semester when four is the typical full workload. Iunno, I prioritise lifting over uni work.

>tfw no human goddess gf

how many times do you think did she have to blow weinstein?

>four is a typical full workload
Five is the typical full course-load, babby.

And you study political science.

whatchu doin on Veeky Forums then shirlord

s-shut up SHUT UP

Oxford science degree, key is making sure willpower isn't a factor. I do meal prep for an hour or so at the start of the week, and have shakes which take like 60s to make for the non-prepped meals, so hitting macros is zero effort. I gym as soon as I finish labs/lectures each day, because I know otherwise, I'll waste the next few hours trying to relax after having to concentrate for long periods, so when I get in from the gym, I've had my mind off work for long enough that I'm ready to get back at it.

I also really recommend working solidly for longer stints (several hours), then taking a break of sufficient length that you can do some meaningful exercise (I often go on a late night thrash on my bike when I'm half way through a problem set and am hitting a bit of a wall)

I study computer science in germany, dont know if high class people like you consider that an
meme degree but nvm. I lift 4x a week and run at least 2x. I eat a whole food plant based diet on
top of that.

I'm able to do that all simply by making a daily plan that I stick to.

1. Wake up
2. worldgreateststretch.pdf
3. Meditation for about 20 and focusing on my goals
4. Ton of different fruits + 500ml-1L warm water for breakfast
5. Uni
6. After Uni I do to gym, if it is an rest day I run about
5km in the morning right after my stretch
7. Huge ass warrior meal for about 2000kcal
8. Play some vydia or watch some show while preparing for uni
9. Play some guitar or read a book as much as I want
10. listen to some music like post-rock or ambient (simple and quite) before sleep
11. Sleeping

This is how I do it and I fucking stick to it, doesnt matter what else.

Do you have a social life? Do you have friends?

Thats what weekend is for. I'm not a girl nor am I a child. I don't waste my limited time to do wanky wanky shit with other people while I could become greater.

oh and btw, he its called "Informatik" and not computer science (silly term)

Any free time I have is spent working farther ahead in the syllabus. That's really the key.

I'm studying med and also work 10-15 hours a week part-time. Learn to manage your time. Around finals it might drop to 2-3 times but who cares, the weights will still be there. You're not going to become anorexic by missing a couple of workouts.

If full-time workers on 50-60+ hours or tradies who spend all day doing manual labour can manage it then so can you

Freshman is a Mechatronics degree
Lifting 3x a week, but eating healthy and hitting my calories has been hard as fuck.

Comp sci, gym 6 days a week, lift 4. get up early (5:30) and hit the gym before I start the day. Its a matter of balance, I maintain gym and study pretty easily but my social life suffers for it quite severely. So just work out what it is you want most. Like I realistically only get to socialise outside of classes maybe once a fortnight and it's never particularly long (like 2-3 hours for drinks on a saturday evening for e.g).

Med student here.Lifting 4 times as PPL+Another Leg day because still have dyel legs

Not that hard brah

Implying you don't have 4 spare hours a week

I work full time and go to school, senior studying French here. I lift super fucking early and then study/knock out assignments after, then have class in the afternoon. With the exception of papers/projects I don't really have to do anything outside of school days

OP I lift 6 days a week at 6 am, work 12 hour days, and am studying for the CFA. Stop being a pussy.

Med student
I've been lifting erratically for a little more than a year and a half. My progress has been slow as fuck, almost nonexistant sometimes. I also quite for like 3 months a year
5'10 155lb
dl 315lb
sqt 250lb
bp 155lb
chin up +45lbx5

Start getting gud little by little, that's how you succeed in life. There's more time in a day than you think, you just have to plan a little to reduce fuckaround/loiter time. Just wait til you're employed full time, have continuing education and networking obligations, a family, other hobbies besides lifting ... you can do it, you just have to be ruthless with time management. Learn to catch yourself when you're dawdling, be honest, ask yourself if what you're doing really matters.

Only posting this since I'm on the toilet btw, back to work now

>using the phone while taking a shit

Applied Math and stats major here. I manage to do it 3 times a week otherwise I get burned out really fast.

3rd year mechanical engineering
I lift twice a week, anything more than that is a waste of time for me and doesn't provide any extra results
at this point (6th or 7th year of lifting) sticking to the diet is natural to me

Studying for clinical Neuropsychology. I just lift and study I dont really hang out with people so more time for that

People studying think they have little free time?

AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHA

you retards know NOTHING

Dentistry student here, i always stop going to the gym for 2 weeks when my exams begin. Feels bad

Am studying CS. I have only slightly less free time than when I wasn't working for a couple months during summer break. Seriously classes are about 3-4 hours a day and if you put in like 1-2 more hours into work daily then it's fucking smooth sailing. That's not even counting weekends, which typically if I put in a couple extra hours during the week I don't even have to do anything school related on weekends.

Good luck if you ever have a full time job, its like double the time investment at least, and much more draining, especially if its manual labor. I was still excercising and had a gf when I was working 6 days a week of 9-10 hours shifts + an hour of commute at a physically demanding job. Get your shit together bucko.

*tips*

Lol this. 4 is minimum full time bud. Tfw not doing 6 your first 3 years to get ahead and fuck off/dedicate more time to more rigorous courses/apply to grad schools senior year.

This. Tfw apply laws of inertia to my scheduling my days. Get everything done in one fell swoop before relaxing into my evenings
