I row pretty much every single day, with the exception of maybe 3 or 4 days in the last month, and I never have a sore back. I build up some fatigue here and there, but never any soreness.
I vary between different rows, sets, reps, intensities, bar placement, etc. Everything between 60kg -pseudo-Pendlays for sets of 20 and 150kg retard rows for sets of 5. I usually row to my mid-sternum though, since I feel like I have zero ROM when rowing to my permabulk gut.

It might be a sign of abdominal strain, which at worst might end up in a hernia, but more likely you'll just strain your abs bad and never push yourself that hard again lol.

Why would you? There's no reason to not train both stances. Having stronger hips has never hurt anybody.
If you insist however, I'd just do something such as RDLs or SLDLs.
A lot of insanely tall guys go into strongman. But most SHWs are pretty tall.
I'm weak off the floor so I replace them with paused deadlifts.

I'll have to get my usual south African mechanic out methinks. Engine won't make a god damn sound, stand and key be damned. Tried the choke, battery etc, but I'm guessing something in the engine is wrong. My uneducated guess is that it's flooded.

Bad enough to tear my left panier box in half, I was probably going 20mph at the time. That was the first one. The second wasn't as bad, slid off at maybe 10mph, so neither was bad. I was still careful at higher speeds let lol.
I'm taking this as a hard lesson learned the easy way, which I am grateful for, considering my chances of breaking something
