Countries like denmark, germany, sweden and norway have a problem with sperm quality and count, it is not because they are avoiding saturated fats.
There are plenty of studies supporting both sides, but all the pro fat studies that show
benefit in eating saturated fats for hormonal production don't seem to show much if any benefit past the 20-25g a day, which is ridiculously easy to obtain.
Also, the same studies that show benefit in saturated fat consumption for hormonal balance also show the same effect with poly unsaturated fat consumption and mono unsaturated fat as well.
