Endgame

So Veeky Forums what is your purpose in life? What do you hope to achieve?

This thread is dedicated to those that are looking for meaning.

Whether it be with education, career, or general fufullment in life.

What do you lift for?
What do you want out of life?
What makes you, YOU?

I just want to fix my life up so that the people that care about me don't die thinking I'm a failure

For me, it's to be lifting for something worthwhile. To be able to stand out from the rest. But with that, I want it to tie into othef aspects of my life; work, schooling, relationships.

To have my own gym and fitness center.
To be the man others look up to.
To be a leader in my home, and in work.

I'm a realistic person. But ambition is what gives me purpose and motivation. To look foward to something.

Existential crisis is a real thing. But you're not alone.

I lift because I grew up a bit fat and wierd. I'm still mentally weak but now I'm physically imposing. The endgame for me is to not end up alone and build a life I can be proud of.

Elaborate.

What I see is that you wish to make them happy. But what about yourself? What meaning would you have if you live up to their expectation, while destroying your own?

Proud of you user. Mentality and physicality can become one. Work hard at it. Meditate. Study. Learn from mistakes. Building a future for oneself is scary. But it doesn't have to be difficult or void if any happiness. Reading and learning from elders helps with mentality. Trust me.

>What do you lift for?
I enjoy PRs and winning so strength I suppose.
>What do you want out of life?
I wish I knew hopefully doing a second degree will guide me.
>What makes you, YOU?
No clue.

I'm gonna get that masters degree and land a decent job in Marine Ecology, I'd like to make a decent contribution to un-fucking our planet.

>Endgame
become immortal, walk the earth, be a wise ass sage, better hope the full body robotic transplants are invented in my lifetime

As for lifting which I've honestly been quite lax on lately (roast me) I do it because I want to capitalise on the natural increase In charisma that being attractive gives you to help me influence important decisions, also just not be fucking gross.

>What do you lift for?
Mental health
>What do you want out of life?
Solitude and happiness in the form of 25+ acres of forest, a dog, some goats and my home business.
>What makes you, YOU?
Drug addiction

to end all life on the planet in a nuclear holocaust.

How do you plan on achieving this user-kyun?

I wanna live in a house just like this, and have a wife and as many kids as we can afford. I lift to train dedication more than muscles.

That's a pretty nice house and overall landscape dawg. I hope you achieve it!

>What do you lift for?
It's just part of who I am, I can't not lift. I don't understand why not everyone lifts
>What do you want out of life?
A peaceful stable job and marriage, with a loyal wife and disciplined but creative children and a golden retriever
>What makes you, YOU?
I have absolutely no idea. I guess my taste in education, movies, sports, food, clothes, women, hobbies etc.

I dont know mang, but you wanted to know about my end goal. Well here it is.

>pier on the opposite side of the river
I get that it was compositional value but god dammit

anyway artistic gripes aside that looks really comfy user, I'm rooting for you!!

to be happy

This is the most beta thread Jesus Christ no wonder you guys cant get laid to save your lives

that's a fucking painting youcan't live there

Happiness is a brief reprieve from the harshness of life. Do not seek happiness, seek fulfillment.

Thanks, I'll try not to disappoint you cunts. My biggest problem is finding a place that looks like that /trv/ has suggested Vermont, but being the poor college student I am, I haven't had a chance to confirm yet.

>openly discussing life goals and personal motivation

it's okay user, you can talk about your feelings too

Chad pls go

this

we're lifting pieces of metal to look better and be stronger, this is not some type of metaphysical journey we are undertaking

we're talking about lifting fucking weights

To become as old as possible. Iwant to see how our world evolves

So then why lift?
Looking better and being stronger would be meaningless if thats how you approached it.

Surely theres a part of you that does it for a deeper meaning.

Women count.

I just want a full church at my funeral

looking better and being stronger is the reward, and it's also fun most of the time, more than anything i've been lifting since 2011 so it's just like brushing my teeth or showering now

if you keep looking for fedora tipping ebin anime journey reasons to lift, you aren't going to be lifting a few years from now when the rapid progress stops

Honestly, right now I just want to be healthy enough so I can actually do the things I want to do whether it's something right now or something I will want to do in the future. I just want to be capable. There are probably many things I want to do, but it's not going to matter if my health is shit and I can't physically or mentally do it because I can't concentrate and feel like tired shit all the time and can't even haul my trollbody around to get shit done. I've neglected my health for too long and I'm quite disgusted with myself for that, but I can't change the past just learn from it to make good decisions in the present to ensure a future that I had a more active role in making for myself. I guess you could say while I care about my health (it's my number 1 personal priority right now), I'm not obsessed with being fit itself, it's more like a basic bare-minimum thing I feel I should take care of so I can function and do the other things I want.

spoiler alert, your life ends with an ice age

to crush my enemies and spread my seed?

All I want is a world free from direct Jewish control and influence. What I desire isn't money or luxurious frivolities. I want to marry the woman of my dreams, start a family, buy a modest home in an all-White neighborhood, and worship Christ in a White national socialist America. I want to live in the America my forefathers lived in not this mongrel cesspool of a nation that is as much American as Mexico or Brazil! I WANT MY COUNTRY BACK, AND ALL OF YOU FILTHY BLACK AND BROWN SHIT SKIN PARASITES ARE A BURDEN TO THE WHITE MAN!

>if you keep looking for fedora tipping ebin anime journey reasons to lift, you aren't going to be lifting a few years from now when the rapid progress stops

That's a fair point, but everyone begins lifting for an ulterior motive, whether it's to get healthy, get pussy, get a better mental state or something else.

Once it becomes routine you can ask "what does this help me with" and a lot of the answers here apply to that question too.

I just wanna get to my dad's age and not look like he does

hey guys I found my twin

>What do you lift for?
I wanna know where my genetical limit for streanght is.

What do you want out of life?
Work I can dedicate most of my life to and a wife who's equally dedicated to her work.

What makes you, YOU?
The mixture of stereotypes

>worship Christ

That cucked religion is why we're in this mess. Joseph was literally cucked by Mary, you can't refute this. Nothing good comes from the desert.

Return to your roots.

We could builc a new Utopia in this squalor, but you chose 'Diversity' over us. I exist only to protect my people. That is the sole purpose for which I was born. And every action I take, no matter how violent or how cruel, is for the greater good of my people

Might is Right

Procreation.

No endgame. I go through life on autopilot, currently in uni with no ambitions or desires in life, I wake up and feel tired everyday and wonder why I'm actually doing this day after day, I will not fix my situation and I often fantasize about growing up in different places with different people - different lives if you will.

>What do you lift for?
My people
>What do you want out of life?
To take what is rightfully MINE
>What makes you, YOU?
Nothing, Im like everyone else

I have no other goal besides minimizing whatever pain/sadness/suffering I have and will have until I commit suicide before old age becomes a problem.

>What do you lift for
Mainly to stay healthy. Heart disease runs rampant on both sides of my family and dying before I turn 60 terrifies me. Also to push myself to be dedicated and disciplined.
>What do you want out of life
Financial security, a family, and to leave behind a positive legacy that I was a good man.
>What makes you, YOU?
I dont know

>So Veeky Forums what is your purpose in life? What do you hope to achieve?

I hope to build a happy, healthy family and have an enjoyable life with them(still 21y old so have a lot to grow and do before starting one)

I plan to move to a rural area when I'm older and in the near future use it to "refugee" on weekends or whenevr I just want inner peace, my father will inherit a big warehouse and a lot of land where I plan to have my own animals and grow my own food, plus build a simple, honest home in the warehouse alongside a small gym.

Meanwhile, I'm learning how to manage my parents business since they're growing old and I want them to rest on this later stage of life but there's still a long way to go/learn, plus I have studies to finish

Outside that there's really no other goal in my life

are you me?

I guess I'm trying to find some meaning in life. Currently I don't really enjoy anything besides lifting. I often try to lose myself in tv shows, books, games etc., just so i dont have to think about what to do with my life, simply because I have no fucking idea what my endgame is. And i'm trying to overcome my inferiority complex on top of that.

To serve God with all my spirit, body and mind.
