If you truly want to look strong you should strive to get a big upperback. Having big lats and no upperback just makes you look like a gymcel.

So toss the vertical pulls to a lower priority, time to start focusing on deadlifts, power cleans, non-lat-emphasised rows and shrugs

Are there any exclusive dumbbell exercises for a good back? I'm too much of a pussy to go to a gym and there is no room in my house for a barbell. I don't want to be all arms. :(
