Year long results

By the end of this year i will be down to my goal weight (70kgs, from 160) and i aim to start slow bulking. counting macros and weights 6 days, with a cardio day.

What kind of results can i expect?

bonus question; how much could roids speed this up, ive always wondered just how well they work

God damn that shoulder transition

Is that pic you OP?

Nah it's a famous transition video on YouTube. Just search fitness transition and it's probably the first thing

not op but nah saw this shit w some bullshit diet/routine on fb that you had to pay for this was like 3 months or something

dayum what routine did the guy in your pic use?

This gives me hope for my shoulders

SS + gomad

at most half of what you see in the pic

Holy fuck those delts GAINZ

That's motivation for my OHP

I look like the guy on the left but I'm 30. Is it too late for me to become like the right?

no, by the the time you hit 35 (33 with good diet) you will look like pic related

That's still a lot better than what I look like now. You're saying it will take me 5 years to get there?

Is it just me or does anyone else notice his chin got shorter and face got wider?

Yeah. Steroids and hgh are magic.

5 years as a natural yes but you should look into TRT considering your T production is about to go down the tubes.

Really? What age does that happen at?

Fuck no, you can get there much sooner, it depends on how much effort you put in.

Look at this guy he started at 34 and now he's 35.

just skip through it, it's quite a long vid

Could probably do it in 2.5-3 if you really apply yourself

roids are like cheats
you progress 10x as fast and your natty limit is basically gone. thknk 24/7 anabolic metabolism

> how much could roids speed this up
Good kek, some dyels might even fall for it.

Yeah that sure is 3 months x D

It sounds like photoshop

people don't get wider like that, your bone structure limits it. looks fake

I thought bone structure was a meme?
