Right now I'm on a fully ketogenic diet, the food tastes great and I am never hungry. Losing 1lb per day right now.

i eat a whole variety.
mostly relatively healthy food but a do eat junk maybe once or twice a week.

i weigh about 176 pounds.

Ok, how tall are you? 176 is not particularly fat, which makes life easier for you.

If you want to lose weight quickty, I would suggest keto like i posted earlier. It is a good diet for people who still want to eat meat (tastes good, low in calories), and don't want to exercise heavily.

Cut out your carbs and you will lose weight. Avoid cheese, pizza, bread, sugar, sodas.

The weight will fly off.

i'm a about 6 feet tall.

i'm trying to go off sugar and other junk but it's really the only vice i have, I've given up drinking, weed, porn.

good luck :) on keto, all of your cravings will disappear. Don't go too high on the fat. It makes my stomach too acidic.

honestly man i did keto for a month. i hated ever day of it. i dropped a lot of weight but 90% of it was water. idc if he's lazy. he asked what can i do to improve physique/health. the answer is to fucking lift and not be lazy

to maintain what muscle you do have, 50/50 protein keto is a great way to lose weight wiithout becoming a very hungry skeleton.

what was your macro fat/protein percentage?

I am loving every single day of it and I'm losing 1lb per day. Sometimes I go walking for an hour or so for exercise.

If I lifted, I would eventually be ottermode, which would be great, but I don't even lift.

I enjoy looking like a Kenyan, so that's my current diet.

can't really remember, but i think it was something like 160g protein, 130g fat. i researched a lot about the protein being higher than the fat and all that bullshit. if i didn't lift i'm sure it'd be fine, but i do and it was not fun. my strength was going down extremely fast and i was just tired all the time.
