Get generic accutane online or from a UGL, problem solved forever in 6 months for 100$
OP look, I really want to just make this fucking known, but go to your doctor and tell them you've tried everything and try to get minocycline. This shit is like fucking magic, it doesn't get rid of the blackheads, but the big annoying ugly shit is gone. I've had acne since I was 12 and it finally went away like 6 months ago. Perscription costs like $15, it's your best bet
zinc
Go see a doctor
Not OP but I've been doing this for almost a month now, when does it get better?
idk i started doing it in eighth grade and i havent had a zit since. dont remember exactly when it started working. once in morning and once in evening user
I'm going to give you the only advice you need to get rid of that acne. Now I'm giving you this advice knowing full well you will lie about committing to it and come back screeching that it doesn't work because you're fucking lazy as shit.
Every night sleep on a clean pillow case or (what worked better for me) is a clean towel.
So EVERY night, put a *NEW* *CLEAN* towel on your pillow.
It works, it's the only advice you need, it's the only advice I give and for some reason cunts are never upset enough about their acne to stick with it for longer than maybe 3 days.
Yes, see your doctor. Retin A is great if you only have facial acne. Minocycline if your back sucks too.
But first!
Buy Cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer. Use both, morning and night. Sun block can cause breakouts too. Use the Neutrogena sun block that contains zinc oxide if you live in a sunny place.
Cleansing won't solve acne but it is step 1. Google for products containing glycolic acid. There are several brands that make different gylcolic formulas.
Add that to your nightly routine. Cleanse, use glycolic, brush your teeth while it soaks in and then moisturize.
Lets talk hygiene. Look in a mirror. put your hand on your face in imitatiin of leaning forward. If your acne usually happens where your palm and fingers rest, then that is what can be fixed with topical drug store products and keeping your hands clean. If your acne goes beyond where your hand is that is when you need more better prescription products.

DELET
I have always had acne my whole life since I hit puberty. Not always very bad, but never quite going away, sometimes flaring up. From what I have researched, some of the biggest causes of acne are related to diet. The biggest offender in general is diary, with animal based foods in general playing a lesser role, eggs are probably right after milk.
So cut out all diary, that includes milk, cheese, whey, all diary. When I fell for the GOMAD meme my acne went insane, when I stopped, it starter clearing up, but not entirely.
More recently I stumbled on research that indicated a link between the small percentage of the population that have an immune reaction to yeast and acne, sometimes extremely severe reactions. Since throughout my entire acne life time I have been eating yeast containing bread, I gave removing yeast from my diet a try and by did it seem to work, my skin has really started clearing up over the last month.
I'm still testing out some factors and trying to rule out some other food stuffs like gluten, but suffice to say since I cut diary, eggs and yeast my skin has been in the best condition it has ever been since before I hit puberty, I'm almost pretty much fully recovered after more than decade and a half of struggling. Same with my backne. I'm still not photoshop magazine cover model tier, but I'll take what I got so far any day.
Also to note: this is all without using any medications like could-potentially-and-permanently-fuck-you-up-for-life accutane or fancy face washes and topical treatments. I just wash with water and soap, and use coconut oil to moisturize, but lately I've had to do that less since my skin no longer dries out as badly either.
After many years i leaned this.
Best thing is to fast, and not binge when you can eat again.
And after that to change whole diet, eat lota of veggies and lots of kurkuma.
My answer, use clearisil pads or any pad or shampoo what has salacylic acid.
Rub that by the nose edges and chin, and your upper arms to get rid of those bumps you get.
The only problems I had since are when I stop for a while.
Just to add on the yeast thing, while I cut out yeast containing bread(and unfortunately all alcoholic beverages, filtered or not), I'm still consuming gluten from sources like barley and wheat flour. I'm just finishing up what I have left and then I'm going see what happens when gluten is also entirely removed.
So whatever effect I have seen so far is not due to removing gluten from my diet.
Trying to fix my diet in this way but it's so difficult
What the fuck do you eat then?
You spend a third of your day with your face pressed against your pillow. It' gets filthy fast. Put a towel over it and turn or replace it every night. Otherwise you're constantly rubbing in old grease and grime.
>cold water
why does everyone say this? just use lukewarm, cold won't make a difference
This
>he fell for the diet affects pimples meme
enjoy your genetics
>Trying to fix my diet in this way but it's so difficult
Quality food is a lot like lifting, you have to take matters in your own hands and put in the time. Don't try to get everything perfect at first, just make one change in the right direction at a time. You could do a one change per week kind of thing, for example, one week you swap out cow milk for soy or almond milk and get used to that, then the next week you commit to eating 4+ servings of fruit every day, the next you could swap out lard for olive oil, and so on. It will take time to understand healthy diets in general anyway. Heck, I have been at this for years and I'm still learning new things all the time, like with the yeast reaction and acne.
>What the fuck do you eat then?
I eat a whole food plant based diet.
The dietary advice of Dr. Michael Gregor from nutritionfacts.org is a good place to start, this video gives a good rundown: nutritionfacts.org
I would suggest you look up videos and articles on topics of interest as well, in this case there are plenty on the topic of acne: nutritionfacts.org
>inb4 backlash against not-pro-animal-based-foods source of dietary information
Genetics and diet both play role to varying degrees from person to person.
Along with all the other advice start using mud masks. I make my own at home and they are the only thing that has helped my boyfriend's cystic acne. Add equal amounts of bentonite clay, charcoal and aloe Vera, then add a little water and a few drops of tea tree oil
You should also try incorporating foods high in linoleic acid in your diet
Game had a pretty damn cool gimmick, i only wish there were a couple of different end states.
Criminal that they aren't charging for it.
Cold feels better though, and helps perk you up in the morning.
if you aren't washing your face with a cleanser and then moisturizing twice a day you are literally not even trying to improve your skin.
