Poor mans citrulline. Good for its anticatabolic properties.

that + Lethicin + Zinc = dick gains

Do these have to be taken long term to have a noticeable effect or can I just take a spoonful an hour before I need my dick to work better?

These are all in whey/bcaas and multis. Why would you ever bother to buy them?
PS creatine, whey, bcaas and multis are the only non-jew/meme supplements.

>bcaas
only if you're training fasted
>multis
most are trash. but a good one cancels out shitty diets

I train fasted every day.
>shitty diets
I don't feel like wasting time/money on calorie-less veggies to be honest. Most veggies I get are from pizza when I'm not cutting.

what are some good multis?

>Why would you ever bother to buy them?
Because the ratios in them may not be optimal according to your needs.

Mostly anything that's multiple pills of the same thing so you can split in up into 2 doses so you don't just piss it all out. Look for high zinc, vit d, mag, pot is a bonus. I'm using black onyx my muscle tech just cus I'm cutting and it has what I need.
>ratios
You don't need to ratio anything other than pot and mag. Any supplementation of a fucking bcaa is a meme. Unless its l-carnitine because it's from 2 other bcaas and actually is really beneficial for cutting.

Please respond, I'm tired of trying to fuck with a wet noodle...

Its recommended doing like 6 weeks to build up in your system. I did alittle experiment with it and I noticed it around a month

The FIRST ingredient you need to look at is the vitamin B12. The reason this is the most important is because it's the most expensive component in the multi.
The cheap, inexpensive form of B12 is called cyanocobalamin.
What you want to look for is a co-enzyme form of B12. Methylcobalamin

> my autistic ass uses a cheat of; C for crappy. M for must h

checklist should be
*high dosages of the B vitamins
*minerals that are organically bounded
*vit D3 in a high dose
*vit K2
*vit B11 (folate) and B12 in good forms

> what if it's a blend of methyl and cyano etc?
Well, this is simply the company being deceptive. Methylcobalamin costs literally 10 times the amount as cyanocobalamin so the company wants to use as much as the cheap stuff as possible but still have the word methylcobalamin on their label so you think it's good quality.

Sheeeit, and there I was thinking it worked the same way as viagra. Welp, time to stock up on citruline.

You obviously didn't understand what I meant by ratios. If I want more arginine than what is given in X number of scoops, then I will take more arginine.

How accurate is this rating?
labdoor.com/rankings/multivitamins
I'm skeptical of this website since they sell shit they're supposed to be objectively judging, but maybe they're legit

Also, another question, how much citrulin do you take daily? Would a tablespoon be too much?

I don't use labdoor because like you I feel they shill

take the info and find one you like.

from memory
Orange Triad, Ortho Core (expensive as hell), Life Force, are decent

I just did the arginine. I took like 3g it was GN arginmax if you want to look it up. There are probably better products out there.
