Dont know how to do those tags, but thats the plan men, theres not a guym here, but im movong later this year to a city, and ill get a membership then and there, untill then its jogging/running on country roads and lifting weights at home, and ill be getting all new foods this friday

Start slow with the jogging.
As you're in the country just go on long-ass hikes.
Download some podcasts/audiobooks/dickgirl ASMR porn whatever and just move your shit.
At your weight you might snap your shit up and lose motivation if you start jogging like cray immediately.

Ive been hiking fairly regularly, around like 3 miles to and from where i usually hike to, but that was for personal enjoyment, but im planning to start doing it for personal fitness reasons now, so im going to try and do it faster and further now if i can, and i wont lose motivation, i cant, especially when theres tail motivating me to do it all

You have 440 days to lose 150 lbs. .34lbs or a 1200 calorie defficet per day.

not op, but someone at 350 obese pounds can easily have a 1200 deficit a day. All he has to do is cut out second breakfast or first dinner
