Been lifting just under a year
Please no bully

Assuming I'm supposed to set in my squat+deadlift+bench press as the weight lifted then I have 300

229

Lifting for 5 months

Bodyweight of 70kg / 155 lbs

5'7"

Btw powerlifting total =/= wilks

Wilks is the powerlifting total (back squat + bench + deadlift) divided by 3

>sub 400 wilks
never gonna make it you weak fuck

313 here

Nice e-peen, faggot

what is a good score?
what is literal dyel tier and whats world class lifter tier

I was looking at this as comparison

273
Lifting for 3 to 4 months.
>squats stronger than diddly. Am I doing this wrong??

206.59

lifting for less than 2 months ;(

5'6"
~150 lb
351 score

Thanks for that,
This isn't that much different from those symmetric strength threads.

>Tripnigger calling anyone else a faggot

Uppermost kek

i think weight is factored in somewhere
im 200, with 1300 total or just under 375

I use my trip as an easy way to find my posts in large threads.

Also 400 Wilks is damn near world class, and definitely not the norm on Veeky Forums

Bodyweight, age, and gender all matter in wilks score.

>tfw 390 gym wilks and 380 meet wilks

Lol no. Wilks coefficient gives the score taking your weight under consideration, it shows who is the best pound-for-pound.

Damn, grats man. I don't think weight factors in though, as the various categories on this are relative to weight:

Course I also don't know shit, so maybe I'm wrong.

lifting (seriously) for about 2 years

on/off/unstructured for about 5

400 wilks is strong at regional meets level and barely enough to qualify for USAPL raw nationals.

450 is strong at national level meets.

500 is internationally competitive.

Update: after trying various weights and having the score change, it appears I'm wrong. Pls no bullyrino.

405 meet wilks

In a midweight categories like 165-181 that's borderline qualify for raw nats. Good enough for top 3 at a local meet for sure.

I'm on the borderline, I'd be midpack at raw nats as a jr. imo it's a waste of time to go to nationals if I wouldn't be top 5 so I keep putting it off

Like others have said 450+ is definitely head turning strength, 400 is decent and definitely achievable natty for many, 350 is a meh goal for people who kinda powerlift for a few yrs

377 reporting in

I'm this dudebumped up from 377 to 388 now. thanks for the confidence booster!

200 is dyel
300 is "has been going to the gym"
400 is pretty fucking strong
500 is nationally and internationally competitive
I think Jesse Norris has almost a 600 wilks or something retarded, which is basically god mode.

5’11 king of Manlets

299.93
Lifiting for 6 months did body weight for 3 years though (sometimes with 25lb vest)

Feels good I guess

My heaviest pull was 495 strapless but with a belt. I felt like I could have pulled 515 that day. I only weighed 187 at the time. It was one of those good days

361

Important reminder: you don't have a wilks unless you do a meet. You can't add up a bunch of numbers done on different days in your gym and then calculate from that. We might as well just lie at that point.

399. Working on my bench right now. Stuck in Trex mode

255 :/

>muh "pound for pound" bullshit
>muh shit ROM
>muh fragile masculinity

ITT: turbo manlets, obese slobs and a couple of bald faced liars who also fit AT LEAST one of the previous two traits.

152.7

Been lifting for 3 years already

What number are you suppose to use for weight lifted? bench+ DL+ squat? Also are these numbers 1 rep, 3 rep or what?

How am I doing, Veeky Forums?

About a month and a half in, and I realized my legs are weak as fugg. Only lmao2pl8 on squats if I go ass to grass...

On the bright side, my bench is 205, and my ohp is 125, so I'm getting close to respectable weight on my upper body. For whatever reason I can leg press 450 for 3x3. Not sure what that means
