Another SS victim I see.
I've been working out for just under year on SS, went from:
>134lbs - 161lbs bodyweight
>45lbs - 145 bench
>65lbs - 225 squat
>65lbs - 285 deadlift
>25lbs - 105 ohp
currently at ~14%bf, am 5'10
what program for pure aesthetics? or stick with SS until 1/2/3/4?

pure aesthetics would probably be PPL
for a good mix of aesthetics and strength gains try an U/L routine until you get used to the volume and then do nsuns or something

If not don’t do SS

I had some pretty good progress after going through a horrible noob phase ( planet fitness, bad form, etc)
