Yucatan sauces are awesome. They're tomato based, instead of vinegar, so they're thicker. Also, they're hot as fuck. Makes good wings and turns shit food palatable.

the only hot sauce you need in life is basic cayenne hot sauce. 10/10 flavor, and it's perfect on the spice levels.

Real shit anyone got some hot sauce reccomendations? Getting tired of Sriracha (use it to mix in with other ingrediants) and looking for something new. I can handle heat but I fucking hate how salty/vinegary some of the hot sauces out their can be (Cholula, Valentina, Tabasco, etc.) hence why I picked up Sriracha for a bit.

If you want succulent meat, uses "Stubb's moppin sauce" as a marinade.

You can do what I do whenever my asshole itches and that is stick my finer up it and kinda scratch/wiggle it around.

Hot but not runny/drippy (for things like pizza): sriracha
