How to calculate a number
Base 10
475 means 5*10^0 + 7*10^1 + 4*10^2
Similarly in other systems
Base 2

11001= 1*2^0 + 0*2^1 + 0*2^2 + 1*2^3 + 1*2^4 = 1+8+16= 25
Base 16
B0D = 13*16^0 + 0*16^1 + 11*16^2 = 13+11*256=2829
