Back from holiday and fattened up somewhat. Have experienced DNP in past. Hovering between 15%-20% Bodyfat.

How you using the DNP in terms of diet? Keto? extremely low calorie? Dosing in one go AM/PM or splitting.

keep diet 20 percent below maintenance, i eat a lot low gi carbs, not many sugars, fats are moderate too. dosed all in the am with my first meal. as far as test and anadrol making fat loss harder, no it won't but it will make you appear watery. worry about losing the fat first than worry about water weight manipulation e.g. estrogen, sodium etc

I'm sitting on a similar stack at the moment. 700 trenE 700test E 30mg dbol ED.

I really fucked up/ my UGL isn't as not notch as I think. My body weight is remaining the same however I'm looking bigger/fuller.

I'm not watching my diet as closely as I should be. However I will start immediately.

However my calories are definitely been in a deficit.

So if I"m looking bigger yet weight is the samish, does that mean I'm loosing BF underneath.
