In addition to my boring gym session in the mornings (that I skip about 25% of the time) I also do crossfit in the evening. It’s fun and has tons of Stacie’s and I never skip it.

Do a real program that actually works and has you progressing over-time, and by that I don't mean do a random bro-split made up by some random steroid instagram faggot. I mean jump on something like Candito's 6 week Strength routine and just enter your max lifts and let the routine tell you exactly what to do for 6 weeks straight. That way you actually have something to aim for, like successful getting through a specific session that's organized to make you progress over 6 weeks using a variation of techniques.

Simply going to the gym and doing random shit is fucking boring.

I want to go to the gym right now after waking up from a nap I took after I got back from the gym. It feels good physically and I talked to an amazonian QT that was way out of my league. Sucks being a college student who lives with his parents at this gym full of jacked guys with careers.

I don't know, while I don't like lifting when I'm doing it, I love it before and after lifting.

I get pretty sad and bored if I haven't lifted for a couple days. I start questioning my life choices and going into a spiral of darkness.

Lifting always has me smiling or laughing at silly stuff by the time I'm done. Also I'm never bored, which is the root of all mental illnesses

Stop doin squats. For real. Haven't missed a day at the gym since.

Fun is just a buzzword

Once you start making progress it gets extremely more fun

lift with good music with high bitrate and good quality ear plugs
set reachable goals that you'll feel satisfied accomplishing
look forward to the post workout endorphin rush
